Last night he had a decent night.  A low of 32% oxygen for a little.no poop

Not much new to say. Pretty much like yesterday.
More of the coughing up of fluids through the ET tube.

We have one extremely sedated baby.  Still intubated. Putting on some water swelling weight. Sad to see but extremely happy he has been fairly stable.

1600 small poop.
2000. Larger poop.

42% oxygen.

We hate the reduction in care times, less time to interract. No skin to skin.

When we do interact he is out of it or upset at the tube.

It’s difficult seeing the other parents come in to the NICU for 30 minutes and get to hold their baby,  not do anything else or help with caring for it then leave.

Some parents don`t seem to appreciate what they have.

Oh well

I’m just grateful I have had the opportunity to spend the time I have with my son. Everything could have gone very different and still could. Time is one commodity no one has enough of.
